After booking, your digital ticket is generated with event details and a QR code. Later, tickets can also be sent by email once email delivery is connected.
Show your digital ticket or printed ticket. The event team will scan your QR code to confirm if the ticket is valid.
Yes. Organizers can create a seller account, publish events, upload posters, set ticket prices and manage their events from the seller dashboard.
Refunds depend on the event organizer’s refund policy. Contact MpumaTickets support with your ticket reference and event name.
